Tees Valley Unlimited is proud to announce exciting and ambitious plans to transform Stockton's riverside.
Working with Homes and Communities Agency, leading urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments and award winning property developer Urban Splash, the scheme was unveiled at public consultation in March 2008.
The proposals include waterfront houses and apartments, offices, leisure and retails facilities including cafes, restaurants, bars and shops together with hotel accommodation.
